What to bring:

We supply wetsuits, buoyancy aids so all you need to bring are swimming togs and a towel. If you have a pair of old runners or aqua shoes then bring them. Alternatively you can buy these items from our online shop.

Bring a packed lunch or we can recommend somewhere in town for some yum yums for some essential refuelling.
