ABOUT NEVSAIL WATERSPORTS

Kilkee is regarded as the home of the safest beach on the west coast and is a beautiful and exciting place to explore the water due to the various inlets, coves and caves-not to mind the seals!

Since its inception, Nevsail has grown with each year that passes and now employs up to ten instructors in various disciplines. Due to continued success, we opened a second centre in Dohlye Lough, Rathkeale, Co. Limerick in 2009.

We provide sailing, windsurfing, power-boating, kayaking, canoeing and surfing tuition for all levels from complete novice  right through to advanced level. Keen to stay on top of any new ways to enjoy the water-this year we added stand-up paddle boarding to our activities, an emerging global sport with a Hawaiian heritage.

We are proud to be a recognised Irish Sailing Association Training Centre and offer many levels of training.

Our goal is to make your entire experience a "safe, enjoyable and educational one through the means of Watersports and fun". Our staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and we are very passionate about what we do and happy to answer your questions over a tea/coffee.

Dave Neville, Centre Owner & Principal

Dave is an ISA National Senior Instructor and began in the Watersports Industry in 1998 where he trained for 3 years to receive his Diploma in Outdoor Sports Management. Having worked extensively in Ireland during the summers teaching watersports at various Centers and France during the winter months ski hosting in the Franch Alps, Dave decided to venture out on his own and set up his own Watersports Centre.
